How is the booking payment made?

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with an online payment link to pay the deposit.
For non-refundable rates (e.g., Early Booking, Black Friday), full payment in advance is required through the same link.
The payment link also accepts vacation cards (Pluxee, Edenred, Up Romania).

What is the cancellation or booking modification policy?
Flexible rates can be canceled without penalties at least 7 days before check-in.
If you cancel less than 7 days before, the deposit paid is lost.
Modifications are allowed at least 3 days in advance, depending on availability and the rate valid at the time of modification.
Non-refundable rates cannot be canceled, but can be modified under the same conditions.
